The Minister of Trade (“Minister”) has issued Regulation No. 71/M-DAG/PER/9/2015 on Import Provisions for Horticultural Products (“2015 Regulation”). The 2015 Regulation aims to simplify the procedures for importing horticultural products into Indonesia.Previously, similar provisions were set out under Ministerial Regulation No. 16/M-DAG/Per/4/2013 on Import Provisions for Horticultural Products, most recently amended by Ministerial Regulation No. 40/M-DAG/PER/8/2015 (“2013 Regulation”).
