In a bid to improve the effectiveness of Indonesia’s forestry-product imports policy, the Ministry of Trade (“ Ministry ”) has issued Regulation No. 91 of 2017 (“ Amendment ”), which amends Ministry Regulation No. 97/M-DAG/PER/11/2015 on Imports Provisions for Forestry Products (“ Regulation 97/2015 ”).
