Incentive Options for Stock Liquidity Providers Revised: Additional Incentive Reduced and Quotation Facilities Now Offer Greater Flexibility

Earlier in April 2025, the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“ BEI ”) introduced Rule No. II-Q (“ Rule II-Q ”) on the Activities of Stock Liquidity Providers (“ Liquidity Providers ”) at the Stock Exchange (“ Exchange ”), which featured under the Appendix to Decree of the Board of Directors of BEI No. KEP-00003/BEI/04-2025 . The various provisions introduced under Rule II-Q include the authority of BEI to stipulate and implement various incentive policies for Liquidity Providers. [1]
