The Board of Governors of Bank Indonesia (“ BI ”) recently issued Regulation No. 22/4/PADG/2020 (“ Regulation 4/2020 ”), which represents an implementation of Regulation of BI No. 22/4/PBI/2020 on Incentives for Banks Which Provide Funding for Certain Economic Activities Aimed at Mitigating the Economic Impact of the Coronavirus (“ BI Regulation 4/2020 ”).
