Following the preparation of a draft regulation on biofuel in July, [1] the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (“Minister”) has now issued Regulation No. 25 of 2013 (“Amendment”) as an Amendment to Minister Regulation No. 32 of 2008 on the Provision, Utilization, and Commercial Procedures of Biofuel as an Alternative Fuel (“Regulation”).
