Indicators and Parameters for Good Corporate Governance Application Assessments of BUMN

The introduction of the most recent Regulation of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (“ Minister ”) No. PER-2/MBU/02/2023 on Guidelines for the Governance and Significant Corporate Activities of BUMN (“ Regulation 2/2023 ”) [1] has further reaffirmed the need for State-Owned Enterprises (Badan Usaha Milik Negara– “ BUMN ”) to implement the principles of Good Corporate Governance (“ GCG ”) in relation to all types of business activities, during all stages and across all organizational levels.
