Indonesia - Hong Kong Double Taxation Treaty

Presidential Regulation No. 24 of 2012 (“Presidential Regulation”) was issued on 2 March 2012 to ratify the Agreement Between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion With Respect to Taxes on Income (“Tax Treaty”).
