Indonesian Labor - Presidential Instruction - Placement and Protection

The Government's determination to secure better protections for Indonesian labor that is destined for overseas locales (TKI) is contained within Presidential InstructionNo. 6 of 2006(Inpres) which stipulates the Government's Reform Policy for the Placement Systems and Protections afforded TKI. The Inpres includes the policy document as an Attachment and sets out target completion dates for the components of the policy.
