Indonesias 2025 - 2030 NDC Targets: GHG Reduction Now Achievable Through Domestic Action or Through International Support Across Five Sectors

The Indonesian Government recently introduced Regulation of the President No. 110 of 2025 (“ Regulation 110/2025 ”) on the Organization of Carbon Economic Value Instruments and National Greenhouse Gas (“ GHG ”) Emissions Controls. Regulation 110/2025 broadly addresses the planning, preparation and formulation of the country’s Nationally Determined Contribution (“ NDC ”), which sets out Indonesia’s climate commitments in line with the Paris Agreement.
