Industrial Reporting Update: Industrial Data Submissions Go Quarterly While LVI Takes the Cake in Data Validation Process

In 2019, the Minister of Industry (“ Minister ”) introduced Regulation No. 2 of 2019 (“ Regulation 2/2019 ”) on Procedures for the Submission of Industrial Data, Industrial Zone Data, Other Data, Industrial Information and Other Information (collectively referred to as “ Industrial Data and Information ”) via the National Industrial Information System (Sistem Informasi Industri Nasional– “ SIINas ”) . As its title suggests, Regulation 2/2019 outlines the applicable mechanism for submitting industrial data and information via SIINas, including various verification and validation processes.
