The Governor of Jakarta Special Region has issued Regulation No. 42 of 2013 on Licensing Services and Technical Inspections for Public Works Infrastructure (“Regulation”). The Regulation aims to provide guidelines for applicants and the Jakarta Regional Government (“Regional Government”)in processing applications for Infrastructure Construction Permits (Izin Membangun Prasarana– “IMP”) and Technical Inspection Records (Berita Acara Pemeriksaan Teknis– “BAPT”).
