Joint Consent between the Minister of Environmental Affairs, the Chief of National Police, and the Attorney General No.11/MENLH/07/2011, No. B/20/VII/2011 and KEP-156/A/JA/07/2011 on Integrated Environmental Law Enforcement (“Joint Consent”) has been issued. The Joint Consent was issued to enhance inter-institution synergies and integrate efforts by establishing a coordinated task force between the abovementioned state institutions, to create a sustainable environment.
