Integration of Business Licensing Processing for the Communication and Informatics Sector into the OSS System

The Minister of Communication and Informatics (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 7 of 2018 on the Electronically Integrated Business Licensing Service for the Communication and Informatics Sector (“ Regulation 7/2018 ”) with the ultimate aim of fully integrating the business licensing service for the communication and informatics sector into the Online Single Submission (“ OSS ”) system, [1] as addressed under Regulation of the Government on the Electronically Integrated Business Licensing Service (“ Govt. Regulation 24/2018 ”). [2] With full integration into the OSS system in mind, the following matters are specifically addressed under Regulation 7/2018:
