Integration of Emissions Monitoring into SISPEK Regulated

Pursuant to Regulation of the Government No. 22 of 2021 on the Organization of Environmental Protection and Management (“ Regulation 22/2021 ”), [1] persons-in-charge (“ PIC ”) of businesses and/or activities must integrate their emissions monitoring into the continuous industrial monitoring information system if they are required to implement automatic and continuous emission monitoring. In this regard, [2] the Minister of Environment and Forestry (“ Minister ”) has now issued Regulation No. 13 of 2021 (“ Regulation 13/2021 ”) which contains a number of provisions that specifically address the following matters:
