Integration of Location Permit Licensing into the OSS System

The Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of National Land Agency (“ Minister ”) has now integrated the licensing process for location permits into the Online Single Submission (“ OSS ”) system, as mandated by Regulation of the Government on the Electronically Integrated Business Licensing Service (“ Government Regulation 24/2018 ”), [1] through the issuance of Regulation No. 14 of 2018 on Location Permits.
