The National Agency of Drug and Food Control (Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan– “BPOM” ) has issued Regulation on the Electronically Integrated Business Licensing Service within the Drug and Food Sector ( “Regulation 26/2018” ), with overall aim of increasing investment within the drug and food sector and simultaneously integrating the licensing process for this sector into the Online Single Submission (“ OSS ”) system, as addressed under Regulation of the Government on the Electronically Integrated Business Licensing Service (“ Govt. Regulation 24/2018 ”). [1] With said integration in mind, the following matters are specifically addressed under Regulation 26/2018:
