The Minister of Tourism (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation on the Electronically Integrated Business Licensing Service within the Tourism Sector (“ Regulation 10/2018 ”) with the primary objective ofintegrating the licensing process for the tourism sector into the Online Single Submission (“ OSS ”) system, [1] as addressed under Regulation of the Government on the Electronically Integrated Business Licensing Service (“ Regulation 24/2018 ”).
