The Minister for Communication and Information has issued RegulationNO. 08/Per/M.KOMINFO/02/2006(the “Regulation”) on Interconnection. The Regulation repeals regulations issued in 1997, 1998, 1999, and 2004 concerned with the provision of interconnection services, applicable tariffs, and revenue allocation for interconnection services between providers.
