International Tenders/Selections for Government Procurement Finally Regulated

The National Public Procurement Agency (Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah – “ LKPP ”) has issued Regulation of LKPP No. 10 of 2018 on Guidelines for the Implementation of International Tenders/Selections (“ Regulation 10/2018 ”), which serves as an implementation of Article 91 (r) of Regulation of the President No. 16 of 2018 on the Public Procurement of Goods and Services (“ President Regulation 16/2018 ”). [1] Regulation 18/2018 comprises a set of comprehensive guidelines which address procedures for international tendering/selections for the purpose of government procurement. However, due to the broad scope of Regulation 18/2018, this edition of Indonesian Legal Brief (ILB) will confine its discussion to the following matters:
