Introducing SIAPkerja: 25 Employment-Related Services Now Available to Jobseekers and Employers Nationwide

In an effort to establish an integrated employment information system, the Minister of Manpower (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 17 of 2024 (“ Regulation 17/2024 ”) on the Employment Information System, which has been in force since 30 December 2024. [1] Previously, matters relating to the employment information system were specifically addressed under Regulation of the Minister No. PER.19/MEN/IX/2009 on the Establishment and Development of the Employment Information System (“ Regulation 19/2009 ”), which has now been repealed and replaced.
