Introducing Standardized Case Settlement Process Fees: Applicable Tariffs Capped at Rp. 10 Million

In an effort to ensure that the applicable procedures for the implementation of Regulation of the Supreme Court (Mahkamah Agung– “ MA ”) No. 3 of 2012 on Fees for Case Settlement Processes and Their Management by the Supreme Court and Relevant Subordinate Judicial Agencies (“ Regulation 3/2012 ”)  are uniform across all courts under the MA nationwide, the Director-General of the General Judicial Office at the MA (“ Director-General ”) has decided to issue a new set of technical guidelines on the implementation of Regulation 3/2012 by the MA and relevant judicial agencies under the MA (“ Technical Guidelines ”) through the issuance of Decree No. 1083/DJU/SK.HK2.4/X/2024 (“ Decree 1083/2024 ”), which has been in force since 15 October 2024.
