Introducing the Housing Credit Program: Micro- and Small-Scale Housing Developers and Contractors Now Eligible for up to Rp. 5 Billion in Financing

In an effort to further improve the competitiveness of Indonesian businesses, as well as boost employment and productivity, particularly within the housing sector, the government has now decided to expand access to credit/financing for business actors operating within the housing sector through the issuance of Regulation of the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs No. 13 of 2025 on Guidelines for the Implementation of the Housing Credit Program (“ Regulation 13/2025 ”), which officially came into force on 8 August 2025.
