The Financial Service Authority (“OJK”) has issued Regulation No. 26/POJK.04/2016 on Investment Products within the Capital Market in order to Support the Implementation of the Law on Tax Amnesty(“2016 Regulation”). The 2016 Regulation sets out further details on the depositing of repatriated assets into the capital market under the auspices of the tax-amnesty program.
