The Capital Market and Financial Institutions Supervisory Agency (“Bapepam-LK”) has issued Decree No. KEP-716/BL/2012 on Investor Protection Fund Organizer (“Decree 716”). The Decree stipulates the legal basis for Investor Protection Fund Organizers (“Organizer”). The details on Organizers are stipulated under the Decree’s Appendix, namely Rule VI.A.5 on Investor Protection Fund Organizer (“ Rule VI.A.5 ”).
