Almost a year ago, in March 2020, Indonesia registered its first outbreak of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (“ COVID-19 ”). In order to deal with this health crisis, the Governor of DKI Jakarta (“ Governor ”) immediately responded by issuing Regulation of the Governor No. 33 of 2020 on the Implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions During the Transition Period to a Healthy, Safe and Productive Public (“ Regulation 33/2020 ”), [1] which saw the introduction of so-called Large-Scale Social Restrictions (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar– “ PSBB ”) within the DKI Jakarta area.
