In order to further implement Government Regulation No. 20 of 2017 on Control of the Import and Export of Goods Resulting from Violations of Intellectual Property Rights, [1] the Supreme Court (“ SC ”) has issued Regulation No. 6 of 2019 on Temporary Suspension Orders (“ Regulation 6/2019 ”).
