KPBU Procurement Framework Overhauled: Businesses Face New Principles, Tender Categories and Panel Confirmation Procedures

The National Public Procurement Agency (Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Pengadaan Barang Jasa Pemerintah- “ LKPP ”) has issued Regulation No. 1 of 2026 on Procurement Procedures for Public-Private Partnerships (Kerja Sama Pemerintah dan Badan Usaha– “ KPBU ”) in Infrastructure Provision (“ Regulation 1/2026 ”). Upon entering into force, Regulation 1/2026 replace and repeals Regulation of the LKPP No. 1 of 2025 that bore the same title as Regulation 1/2026 (“ Regulation 1/2025 ”). [1]
