KPEI: New Deadlines for Deposit Security Funds

In 2021, PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia (“ KPEI ”) issued Rule No. III-1 (“ Previous Rule III-1 ”) as the Appendix to Decree of the KPEI Board of Directors No. KEP-030/DIR/KPEI/1221 (“ Decree 30/2021 ”) on Clearing Members (“ Members ”) Who Secure Clearing Services and Guarantees for Securities Derivative Contract Transaction Settlements (“ Guarantees ”). As this title suggests, the Previous Rule III-1 set out the applicable requirements and procedures that have to be complied with by Members in order to ultimately secure clearing and Guarantee services.
