The Commission for the Supervision of Business Competition (KPPU) handed down its decision in this case (CaseNo. 14/KPPU-L/2005) on 24 March 2006 (was decided by the KPPU on 21 March 2006 and read out in open session on 24 March 2006) and found that there was insufficient evidence to sustain the allegations that the parties were in breach of Article 22 ofLaw No. 5 of 1999on the Prohibition against Monopoly Practices and Unfair Business Practices (the “Anti-Monopoly Law”).
