KPPU Regulation: Amendment to the Guidelines for Merger, Consolidation, and Acquisition Notification

The Business Competition Supervisory Commission has issued Regulation No. 10 of 2011 on the Amendment to Regulation No. 13 of 2010 on the Guidelines for Completing Mergers, Consolidations, or Acquisitions that Might Result in Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Competition (“Regulation”),to improve the efficiency of corporate restructuring notifications. Pursuant to Article 1, the Regulation replaces the Appendix of the previous regulation (Regulation 13/2010).
