KPPU Regulation: Guidelines on Article 17 (Monopolistic Practices)

The Business Competition Supervisory Commission has issued Regulation No. 11 of 2011 on the Guidelines for Article 17 (Monopolistic Practices) of Law No. 5 of 1999 on the Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition (“Regulation”).  The purpose of the Regulation is to provide a clear understanding of the prohibition embodied in Article 17 of Law No. 5 of 1999 (“Law 5/1999”)
