The Business Competition Supervisory Commission has issued Regulation No. 9 of 2011 on the Guidelines for Article 50 (h) of Law No. 5 of 1999 on the Prohibition on Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition (“Regulation”). The purpose of the Regulation is to provide a comprehensive overview of the criteria for small-scale enterprises that are exempt from Law No. 5 of 1999 (“Law 5/1999”). The guidelines are included in the Appendix to the Regulation, and are an integral part to the Regulation.
