KPPU to Settle Cases Electronically

In line with the government’s attempts to control the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha– “ KPPU ”) is aiming to optimize the use of electronic processes in relation to its activities.
