KSEI Offers Service Fee Discounts of up to 25% for e-RUPS via eASY.KSEI System

In order to further enhance the performance, technical support and features of the Electronic General Meeting of Shareholders (Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Elektronik– “ e-RUPS ”) system provided by PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (“ KSEI ”) (collectively referred to as “ eASY.KSEI ”), [1] KSEI has issued Rule (“ Rule VI-D ”) as the Appendix to the Decree of the Board of Directors of KSEI on Service Fees for KSEI Electronic General Meeting System Services (“ Decree 27/2024 ”), which has been in force since 31 May 2024.
