KSEI Officially Introduces Procedures for Electronic General Meetings of Bond and/or Sukuk Holders and eASY.KSEI Voting Mechanisms

PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (“ KSEI ”) has issued Rule No. XI-D (“ Rule XI-D ”) as the Appendix to the Decree of the Board of Directors of KSEI No. KEP-0036/DIR/KSEI/0626 (“ Decree 36/2026 ”) on Procedures for the Organization of Electronic General Meetings of Bond and/or Sukuk Holders Accompanied by Voting Through the KSEI Electronic General Meeting System (“ eASY.KSEI ”).
