Land and Building Tax for Office Buildings and Multi-Dwelling Units in Jakarta

The Governor of the Jakarta Special Capital Region (“Governor”) has issued Regulation No. 77 of 2014 on Calculation Procedures for Land and Building Tax in Rural and Urban Areas for Multi-Dwelling Units and Strata Title Apartments (“GovernorRegulation”), to implement Article 8 (2) of Jakarta Regional Government Regulation No. 16 of 2011 on Land and Building Tax for Rural and Urban Areas (“2011 Regulation”).
