Language - A Barrier or the Gateway to a Prosperous Future - A National Debate

At a recent seminar on the proposed Bill on Language (Bill) the debate became quite animated and at times heated as the unreleased, although widely available, Bill was analyzed in greater detail. The scope of this ILB does not permit a full analysis of all of the issues involved however it will flag the key concerns and the issues that both business and individuals should look out for as this Bill makes its way along the legislation path to enactment.
