As part of preparations for the Christmas and New Year period 2021 - 2022, the Minister of Home Affairs (“ Minister ”) recently issued Directive No. 62 of 2021 on the Prevention and Mitigation of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (“ COVID-19 ”) During Christmas 2021 and New Year 2022 (“ Directive 62/2021 ”). This directive will be in force during the Christmas and New Year (Natal dan Tahun Baru– “ Nataru ”) period 2021 – 2022, specifically between 24 December 2021 and 2 January 2022. [1]
