In an effort to accelerate the development of the battery-powered electric-vehicle (“ Electric Vehicles ”) industry across Indonesia, the Minister of Industry (“ Minister ”) previously issued Regulation No. 27 of 2020 on the Specifications, Roadmap and Domestic Component Level Calculations for Battery-Powered Electric Vehicles (“ Regulation 27/2020 ”).
