Legal Framework for Listing on the BEI Acceleration Board Updated

In 2019, the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“ BEI ”) set various prerequisites and provisions regarding the listing of share and non-share equity securities, as issued by listed companies (“ Equities ”), on BEI’s acceleration board (“ Listings ”) through the issuance of Rule No. I-V (“ Previous Rule I-V ”) as the Appendix to Decree No. Kep-00059/BEI/07-2019 on Special Provisions for the Listing of Shares and Equity Securities Other Than Shares Which Are Issued by Listed Companies on the Acceleration Board (“ Decree 59/2019 ”).
