Legal Framework for the Organization of the Electronic Government System

As a legal basis for the organization of the electronic government system (“ e-Gov ”) and the provision of effective, transparent, accountable good governance and high-quality public services, [1] the government has issued Regulation of the President on the Electronic Government System (“ Regulation 95/2018 ”).In essence, Regulation 95/2018 comprises a comprehensive set of guidelines for central and local governments, as well as for governmental institutions as regards the organization of e-Gov and specifically addresses the following matters:
