Legal Proceedings for Antitrust Cases Updated

In order to improve transparency and legal certainty as regards the settlement of antitrust cases (“ Cases ”) in accordance with Law No. 5 of 1999 on the Prohibition of Monopolistic and Unfair Business Competition Practices (“ Antitrust Law ”), the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha– “ KPPU ”) has issued Regulation No. 1 of 2019 on Procedures for the Settlement of Monopoly Practice and Unfair Business Competition Cases (“ Regulation 1/2019 ”).
