Licensing Process for the Utilization of Small Islands and Surrounding Waters Integrated into OSS System

In order to officially integrate licensing procedures for the utilization of small islands and surrounding waters (“ Island Utilization ”) into the Online Single Submission (“ OSS ”) system,the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (“ Minister ”) recently issued Regulation No. 8/PERMEN-KP/2019 on the Administration of Licenses for the Utilization of Small Islands and Surrounding Waters in Relation to Foreign Investment and Recommendations for the Utilization of Small Islands with Areas of under 100 km²(One Hundred Square Kilometers) (“ Regulation 8/2019 ”).
