The Minister for Law and Human Rights has delegated the authority to legalize limited liability companies to the Head of the Regional Offices of the Department of Law and Human Rights. This delegation of authority is contained in RegulationNo. M.837-KP.04.11 of 2006(the “Regulation”). The immediate effect of this Regulation is that it should expedite the process and ensure that the legalization process is completed within 3 - 7 days from the receipt of a completed application form.
