List of Goods Required to Meet Mandatory SNI or Technical Requirements Expanded to 132

The Minister of Trade has revised various provisions that set standards for business activities and/or products (“ Standards ”) and the types of goods that must fulfill these Standards during the organization of risk-based business licensing within the trade sector , as originally listed under Appendices I – II to Regulation of the Minister No. 26 of 2021 (“ Regulation 26/2021 ”), through the issuance of Regulation No. 21 of 2023 (“ Amendment ”) on the Amendment to Regulation 26/2021, which has been in force since 3 July 2023.
