List of Raw Materials Prohibited for Use in Processed Foods Readjusted from 165 to 156

The National Agency of Drug and Food Control (Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan – BPOM ”) has updated the list of raw ingredients that are prohibited for use in processed foods (“ Prohibited Raw Materials ”) and ingredients that are prohibited from being used as food additives (bahan tambahan pangan/BTP) (“ Prohibited Ingredients ”) through the issuance of Regulation No. 22 of 2023 (“ Regulation 22/2023 ”), which has been in force since 15 August 2023.
