Listing Fee Incentives for Structured Warrants Extended to 2026: Issuers Now Subject to Mandatory 12-Session Educational and Socialization Activities

In 2025, the Board of Directors (“ BoD ”) of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“ BEI ”) issued Rule I-P (“ Rule I-P ”) as the Appendix to Decree of the BoD of BEI No. KEP-00001/BEI/04-2025 of 2025 on the Listing of Structured Warrants on the Exchange (“ Decree 01/2025 ”), which broadly governs the procedures and mechanisms for the registration of structured warrants, including information disclosure obligations and the imposition of administrative sanctions. In addition, Decree 01/2025 also addressed specific incentives, i.e. fee waivers for the initial series of structured warrants that are issued every year.
