Long-Awaited Draft Regulation on PDP Emerges

In terms of implementing various provisions originally addressed under Law No. 27 of 2022 (“ PDP Law ”) on Personal Data (“ Data ”) Protection (“ PDP ”), the government has finally released the Draft Regulation of the Government (“ Draft Regulation ”), which will ultimately become an implementing regulation to the PDP Law.
