LPG Distribution in South Sumatra

The distribution of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) is an important commodity whose price is not set by the government but rather is subject to market forces and presumably priced accordingly. However, this is not wholly the case as the government still is involved in the determination of LPG price. This is based on the findings of the Commission for the Supervision of Business Competition (Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha / KPPU) in CaseNo. 15/KPPU-L/2006.
