MA Aims for Greater Administrative Integration of Cases and Trials Through Electronic Means under New Draft Regulation

In an effort to provide more effective and efficient administrative services for court cases and trials, the Supreme Court (Mahkamah Agung– “ MA ”) is currently working on a new Draft Regulation (“ Draft Regulation ”) which will be introduced as an amendment to Regulation of the MA No. 1 of 2019 (“ Regulation 1/2019 ”) [1] on the Administration of Cases and Trials Through the Electronic Court (Litigation E-Court) and Regulation of the MA No. 4 of 2020 on the Administration of Criminal Cases and Trials Through the Electronic Court (“ Regulation 4/2020 ”).
